Job Description
Responsibilities:
Coordination with plants and field services for HSE related activities.
Establish relevant documentation and maintain records as per HSE needs.
Ensure that safety standards are maintained and continually seek ways to improve safety standards.
Build and maintain a good quality database using the available resources for all HSE team members, accountabilities and make available as & when required
Ensure accident and near-miss reporting procedures are understood and complied with, and assist with accident investigations where appropriate.
Conduct training and HSE promotion activities for the organization.
Schedule Work Safety Certification and Induction for new joins.
Coordinate with Ops Team Managers for HSE campaign rollouts, evaluation and tracking.
