 Review, improve, maintain and update the Quality Assurance operating procedures
(SOPs) and implement the same in the operations
 Responsible for documentation related to QMS, Supplier audit,customer audit &
customer complaints
 Conducting regular audits & inspection, ensuring strict compliance to the laid
down company policies/procedures.
 Implemented of Kaizen & Poka Yoke
 Customer complaint handling & 8D submission.
