Key Responsibilities & Expertise: Coffee Vending Machine Services: Maintenance, Installation, Disconnection, Servicing, Preventive Maintenance (PM), and Repairing of Automatic & Semi-Automatic Italian Coffee Vending Machines, attending breakdown calls across the region and ensuring timely resolution. Field Service Management: Handling all field service activities efficiently, raising requests for spare parts and closing transactions under Warranty, CAMC, AMC, or Chargeable services. Installation & Preventive Maintenance: Completing machine installations at customer sites, Performing scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance. Customer Engagement & Training: Promoting Service Contracts and consumables, providing product training and demonstrations to customers Reporting & Documentation: Updating service reports in Bana software, identifying potential parts requirements, obtaining quotes, and collecting Purchase Orders
