Responsibilities:
1.Record keeping.
2.Co-ordinating work between the work and other team members
3.Update details of visitor’s entries.
4.Update and maintain registers and online entries of data.
5.Maintaining Data entries.
6.Maintaining record books.
7.Maintain attendance.
8.Conveying important information.
9.Good in interpersonal relations on receiving calls and cooperation.
