Outline of Responsibilities: Heading the supply chain, leading the Make in India project, developing new products, partnering with new sourcing companies (domestic and international) & quality management for all products. • Responsible for contract manufacturing & new product development of smartwatch, audio (TWS, Headphone, Neckband), electric toothbrush, wireless chargers, IoT products etc. Manufacturing countries – India, China, Japan & Vietnam. • Partnering with domestic manufacturing EMS companies across India for Make in India products. • Managing SKD / CKD - LCL & FCL shipments for imports. Managing customs clearance in India for all imports. • Setting up processes, systems, and SOPs in place for domestic manufacturing, quality control & auditing. • Identified cost-saving opportunities in the sourcing process that resulted in a 15% reduction in procurement costs. • Managing inventory of over 3 lac units annually and managing over INR 50 Cr. in annual budgets. • Inventory management across organization to avoid over stocking and stock-out situations all-round the year. • Supply chain assessment and improvement for all shipments. Better planning and faster stock movement. • Led the capacity / demand planning process for our products portfolio worth INR 50 Cr+, resulting in a 95% accuracy rate in forecasting and a ~25% reduction in stock-outs. • Vendor quality assessment and auditing for evaluating supplier performance over the year. • Managing over 100+ vendors annually (over 50% active vendors; 75% of them international). • Responsible for product quality assurance and quality management. • Leading a team of 6 highly motivated individuals. • Monthly and quarterly management level meetings for all internal stakeholders related to finance planning. • Managing all customer feedback on quality and improvements.

Outline of Responsibilities: Procurement Management & Internal Auditing • Managed procurement up to USD$ 400K and creating commercial bids for new contracts. • Responsible for vendor development & government client management for commercial contracts & negotiations. • Managed team sizes between 50 – 150 & managed over 100+ vendors annually. • Created company policies for short and long term for in the areas of operations management and procurement. • Responsible for sourcing spares from USA, Europe & Asia. • Procurements contract management along with demand planning and vendor management. • Accountable for Procure-to-Pay model of procurement coupled with demand planning and resource utilization. • Responsible for conducting internal audits in the office, onboard the ships and vendor performance evaluation. • Project planning risk identification, evaluation and risk mitigation for least impact and least possible losses.

Outline of Responsibilities: • .Net & VB.Net applications development for client using Oracle databases and C# as front-end. • Responsible for preparing test cases for the applications and executing the test cases. Reporting the discovered bugs to the development team and seeking prompt resolution. • Worked simultaneously with 3 teams located at 3 different continents and a variety of nationalities.
