Product Specialist – Informatics

Job Description

Responsibilities:
1)To be able to communicate with QC and QA managers on lab workflows, discuss with them on their STPs (Standard test protocols), Methods, Sample specs etc
2)To discuss on pain points in operations of the lab and promote e-solutions
3)To be able to do presentation on Caliber products
4)To be able to conduct POCs and demonstrate how a product will meet customer’s needs by coordinating with customer’s technical team
5)Supports field sales team by responding to customers’ enquiries on technical pre-sales queries
6)Provide inputs on competitor products and to be able to counter their advantages with workaround on our system
7)To prepare URS, SOPs on need basis
8)To be willing to travel extensively all over India

Working experience in Pharma. Experience in Lab documentation. Working in Regulatory / compliance environment, Knowledge of QC / QA workflows.
Work Experience: 6 to 12 years (M1 / M2 Grade)
