Job Description
Responsibilities:
Identify, prioritize, evaluate, and manage procurement needs and opportunities.
Purchase order creation, dispatch monitoring and management through electronic purchasing system.
Performs contract validations to ensure compliance as per Purchase Requests and Organizational Processes and Policies.
Liaises with requesters, internal and cross functional teams to resolve issues in a timely manner, maintain documentation/information trail as per audit requirements.
Creates seamless and pleasant procurement experience for customers by maintaining accurate Job Aids, identify and implement improvement/automation opportunities in Procure to Pay process, Contributing/leading in Special Projects
Manages supplier setup process by validating & approving profile changes in system
