Job Description

Years of Work Experience: 6 to 8 years

Minimum Qualifications: Diploma in Electronics/ Instrumentation or MSc in Electronics/ IT

Preferred Qualifications: B E holders in Electrical / Electronics / Electronics & Comm / Instrumentation Engineering/ IT

Responsibilities:

• Field/remote support for all IT related issues in software controlled high-tech analytical instruments like GC’s, GC-MS, UV-Vis, FTIR and AAS
Spectrophotometers etc.
• Installation, qualification and after sales support of compliance Software supplied, to various Pharma/Non-Pharma customers, along with
above mentioned instruments.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction for IT Support calls by providing resolution and supporting RCA document, to customer.
• Promotion/tech discussion/demonstration of IT products like Lab Compliance software (LabSolutions) and iLIMS/LIMS

• Good in verbal and written communication (Preferred Language – English)
• Should be willing to travel in short notice
• Having sound technical knowledge on Windows Operating Systems for desktop, servers and troubleshooting Operating System related
issues
• Having sound technical knowledge on RAID, Windows AD, Domain, DNS and DHCP Concepts
• Having sound technical knowledge on Networking, Routing, VPN, Switching Concepts
• Having sound technical knowledge on Backup procedures, Backup Configuration and Backup Tools like Symantec, Arcserve etc.
• Having knowledge on Microsoft SQL Server will be an advantage
• Having sound technical knowledge of prevailing Software’s for connectivity of high-tech analytical instruments in Standalone/ Client-Server
environment, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Resolution of IT related issues. Knowledge of Software based regulatory compliance,
Installation, qualification, and validation of Lab Compliance Software in Pharma Industry will be an advantage.
