Job Description
The Accounts Executive will handle daily accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, tax compliance,
and financial reporting. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, reconciling accounts,
and managing vendor/client payments. This role offers hands-on experience in managing financial

Day-to-Day Accounting Maintain accurate records of financial transactions by posting
entries in the accounting system.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice
generation and payments.
Bank Reconciliation Reconcile bank statements with financial records to ensure
accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Taxation and Compliance Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and other statutory
requirements in a timely manner.
Assist with income tax filings and compliance with government
regulations.
Financial Reporting Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and other statutory
requirements in a timely manner.

Financial Reporting Prepare periodic financial reports, including ledgers, trial
balances, and cash flow statements.
Support in the preparation of Profit & Loss accounts and balance
sheets.
Vendor and Client
Management
Manage and track payments to vendors and collections from
clients.
Resolve queries related to invoices, payments, and contracts.
Audit Support Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary data
and documents.
Ensure that audit findings are addressed and implemented.
Administrative Support Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions and
records.
Provide support to the Accounts Head in financial planning and
decision-making.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Tally ERP, QuickBooks) and MS Office.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.
