Job Description

The Domestic Sales Support Executive is responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring timely dispatches, and maintaining accurate records of shipments. This role requires effective communication, coordination, and documentation skills to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Order Management:

Review customer purchase orders and book orders in the Oracle system.
Coordination & Communication:

Work closely with the plant to ensure material readiness as per orders.
Coordinate with the sales team/customers to provide order updates and status.
Communicate with the shipping and documentation teams for pre and post-shipment documentation.
Customer Support:

Keep customers updated on the status of their orders.
Address customer queries regarding materials, shipments, and requirements by liaising with relevant departments.
Shipment & Documentation:

Maintain shipment records for future reference.
Prepare Bill of Entry (BOE) documents.

Administrative Tasks:

Process Expense Requisition / Purchase Requisition.
Update Daily Sales Report (DSR).
Check the RIL portal for ASN quantity before dispatch.
Manage PBG requisitions.
Download GEM purchase orders and update invoices.
