Process Safety

Job Description

Responsibilities:
1. Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) , What If Analysis, Activity Based Risk Assessment, Human Factor and Facility Siting, & also provide Trainings on process safety for all DK sites (Chemical Hazards, PHA (HAZOP, What If…) Run Away reactions, dust explosion,, PSI, PSSRs, Safety Culture, Emergency Plan, Static Electricity, PSM SOPs, CCPS 20 Elements).
2. Leading HAZOP Team for HAZOP studies
3. Participating in process safety Incident Investigation
4. Study of Process Safety during scale up of processes from R & D to Pilot Plant & from Pilot Plant to Production Plant
5. Conducting group risk assessment & PSSR for all new products & processes.
6. Conducting Process Safety Audits of all DK sites for improving effectiveness of PSM Program.
