Plant Maintenance: • Responsible for total civil repair and maintenance without disturbing the production. • Conducting structural audit with structural consultant and carry out retrofitting of structure. • Structural works-all kinds of M.S and S.S work which include installation of pipe bridge, columns, staircase and working platform for equipment. • To carry out all kinds of epoxy coating and A/R tile work. • Providing and removing non asbestos sheet, durashine sheet and polycarbonate sheet,conducting pre monsoon maintenance of plant. • All kinds of painting works and carpentry works for plant.

• Technical supervision of ongoing Civil work (Checking of steel & shuttering). • Execution of all types of RCC and structural work and preparation of daily progress report. • Preparing Bar bending schedule (BBS) and estimation of quantities. • Providing technical support for Preparation of isometric drawing for project pipelines. • Responsible for maintaining and updating the document related to civil infrastructure. • Effectively optimization of contractor’s manpower to reduce lead time for maintenance activity. • Maintain other records like Preventive maintenance,SOP’s and records for samaco. • Plan the work and efficiently organise the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines. • Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise. • Thorough verification of Joint Measurement Sheets comparing BOQs to actual measurements.

• Worked on site under senior’s guidance, fulfil Maintenance/Project activity. • Keeping note of each and every casting work. • Analysing and interpreting engineering drawings, survey reports and other technical documentation to guide the construction process.
