Job Description

Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of the Specification for the fabricated equipment like pressure vessels and columns, reactors, tanks, heat exchangers etc.
2. Carrying out design calculations as per codes and standards
3. Preparing Technical Bid Analysis for equipment
4. Checking of the fabrication drawing as per design and manufacturing standards
5. Approving of the Equipment fabrication drawings
6. Getting the bar chart for the equipment and follow with supplier for the timely delivery
7. Coordinate with vendor and inspection for developing QAP/ITP and shop inspection
8. Visit the vendors manufacturing units for expediting the manufacturing
9. Coordinate with detailed engineering consultants for the equipment drawing approval
10. Standardization of equipment ion line with present specifications at various plants
